• All candidates will be thoroughly screened and pre-interviewed as to skills, experience, and interest in relocating, if necessary, as well as salary expectations.
• Profiles of likely candidates will be forwarded to you, and results of the pre-interviews will be shared with you.
• Your company always retains confidential status and control of the process.
• When interest in a candidate develops, interviews will be arranged. The trucking-transportation company generally pays for the in-person flight and overnight accommondations, if such is necessary.
• If that person is not a good match, the search will continue.
• Once a candidate is chosen, we will check references at your request.
