Lawrence Christensen, President of TransExec, has been a transportation industry executive since 1981. He knows that the transportation (and transportation related) industry is like no other. Knowledge of this special field is key in effective recruitment.

In Philadelphia and Boston, Larry served as chief financial officer for a number of firms, with responsibility for recruitment and human resources as well as finance.  Later, he worked for a year as a financial consultant throughout New England and New York.

Christensen helped start up new companies, designed and implemented financial systems and computer systems, did trouble shooting in financially challenging times, and led truckload, household goods, and LTL corporations achieve their financial goals.

A native Mid Westerner, Christensen relocated to California in 1997, where he learned executive recruitment skills.  Using his thorough knowledge of the industry and his commitment to uniting high quality companies and top executives, he quickly became one of the hottest executive recruiters in the industry.
